Yea Yea I know VirginMedia suck and believe me, I have had my fair share of stick for joining them however…when I mentioned to someone (non Virginmedia related) about cancelling my plan they looked and smiled, and then uttered the words ‘Good Luck’

How hard could it be I thought? So I gave ye old VirginMedia a call only to find myself waiting 20 minutes to speak to someone, only to find out that my Password (which I know was right) was apparently incorrect!! I therefore was unable to cancel my account…rather convinient wouldn’t you say! Maybe the stories were true? I wasn’t even allowed to give over the postcode of my address… Okie so I never had my account number to hand but my postcode or password has always been sufficient.

Anyways, the advisor then went on to tell me that I could cancel via fax and all they need was a line which read ‘my name is keri I’d like to cancel my broadband’ No Password needed, no Account number even! Just my address???? What The…..??

Sod that I thought, I know exactley the pan out of that scenario “Ooo, sorry miss we never got no fax??” (cue simple stupid tone)

So, I finally found my account number on an old crumpled up statement and gave it another go. I got through straight away & was asked the password!! Through a momentary brain lapse I forgot about the password palava and gave a name. “Nope sorry miss that isn’t right, just give me your postcode and we’ll get it changed to something you can remember”

Huh!!! God Damn You VirginMedia!!!!

So, as easy as that second time round. I can only assume that the previous advisor had a sore head from the night before. Maybe too much drink or even a punch to the back of his big head for annoying someone else? Annoying little man….

He was soooo smug too “have a good day “………BITE ME YOU MUPPET!

So as I guessed, I’ve kinda neglected BlogButterfly whilst some other things were going on in my little existance! I just haven’t had the time to think…let alone write any Blogs. Its also got something to do with the fact that I have tried to give myself a break from the Internet.

Ever get the feeling that you’re life revolves around a computer screen?? Well that’s how I was beginning to feel sooo, I made a concience decision to go without You Tube, MSN, FaceBook, MySpace etc….Until today obviously! Heehee…

I made a quick sign into FaceBook to check my Inbox this morning and thought I’d leave a quick explanation to whats happened to me and do you know what??? Its been luuuurvly!! Just doing normal things like going to the park has been awesome.

I’m not saying Im NEVER going to search the Internet for interesting and random stuff ever again!! I just want to appreciate some of the other things in life for a bit…Might even take a trip to the beach next weekend!!

So there you have it…this is me signing out til I have something Non-Internet related to blog about!

I found out recently from some stats that my Blog Site is doing rather well, which is awesome for me! Its so nice to know that people actually enjoy reading the random, fun & sometimes Informative posts that I write.

I’d like to say I huge thankyou to all you lovely people that come back again & again to read the stuff I Blog about, even if it is me failing to resist a Dark Chocolate Bounty or the 5 things that make me want to punch someone in the back of the head…It totally makes it all worth while.

On my recent holiday to the Algarve in Portugal we came across a Sand Sculpture Fair…

It was truly amazing watching the artists in action. Its real sand with just water to hold it all together! The detail on each sculpture is awesome.

The artists must have been there for weeks making each piece!
